Lauren Ghosh

Lauren Ghosh brings a calm, grounded presence to even the most emotionally charged probate disputes. With experience in both civil defense and public interest law, she helps clients navigate trust and estate conflicts with equal parts legal skill and human understanding. Whether it’s a contested conservatorship or a complex trust administration issue, Lauren shows up with clarity, compassion, and an eye for practical solutions.

Born in Los Angeles and raised in San Diego, Lauren earned her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Law & Society from UC San Diego. She went on to receive her J.D. from California Western School of Law, where she gained real courtroom experience through externships with the City Attorney’s Offices in San Diego and Chula Vista, the San Diego District Attorney, and the Legal Aid Society.

Before focusing on probate, Lauren spent time in immigration, tribal law, and insurance defense,different areas of law, but all with one thing in common: people navigating unfamiliar systems during stressful times. Those experiences shaped how she practices today, with empathy, patience, and a clear sense of what clients need when life gets complicated. She was drawn to probate because it’s personal; it’s where law and family intersect, and it gives her a chance to help people steady themselves during life’s harder moments.

Outside of work, Lauren is usually adventuring with her husband and their three kids, whether that means hiking along the coast, road-tripping to a new city, or braving the lines at Disneyland. Wherever she is, she brings the same focus: being present, intentional, and in it for the people who count.
