Claire Linden, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Claire Linden brings a steady hand and sharp mind to the firm’s litigation team. With a background that spans elder law, government work, and insurance defense, she’s known for her thorough prep, thoughtful research, and calm presence, even when the pressure is on.

Claire earned her law degree from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where she leaned into hands-on roles that reflected her passion for public service and elder advocacy. She worked on cannabis-related cases with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, helped families plan for long-term care through Bet Tzedek, and earned high honors for her work supporting older adults in the UCSF Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic. She also served in leadership roles with student organizations focused on youth and Asian Pacific American communities and contributed to the Journal on Gender and the Law.

Before joining the firm, Claire represented employers and insurance entities in workers’ compensation litigation, handling cases from pre-hearing strategy through appeals.

She holds a B.A. in English and History from Boston University, a degree that still shows up in her love for storytelling and clear writing.

Outside the office, Claire is usually with her two younger sisters, her endlessly curious rescue dog, and two hamsters. Her favorite place to unwind? Around a dinner table that she set herself.
