For Allison Lemeshewsky, probate and trust law isn’t just a profession; it’s part of her DNA. Raised in San Diego by a family of estate attorneys, she’s now the third generation to guide families through some of their most personal legal challenges. Over the past decade, she’s worked with trustees, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries in disputes where what’s at stake isn’t just money; it’s trust, grief, and family history.

Allison handles contested probates, breach of fiduciary duty claims, creditor issues, and asset recovery cases throughout California. Her clients count on her not only for her legal instincts but for how she shows up: clear-headed, unflinching, and steady, especially when emotions are running high.

Her path into law included early experience in family court and the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, followed by litigation and compliance work for construction trust funds. In 2018, she joined her father’s estates practice in La Jolla, where she sharpened her litigation skills handling complex trust and probate matters.

Allison earned her law degree from California Western and her business degree from the University of San Francisco. She’s licensed in all California state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts.

Outside the courtroom, Allison’s world revolves around her husband, their two daughters, and Frank, the family dog with a lot to say. Most weekends, you’ll find them on a soccer field, a surfboard, or chasing sunshine somewhere along the San Diego coast.
